A renowned Korean restaurant chain faced significant challenges regarding kitchen cleaning due to the intensity of grease and grime accumulation, as well as the wide variety of kitchen utensils and equipment requiring cleaning. We developed a customized, comprehensive cleaning kit solution for them, comprising temperature-sensitive sponges, scouring pads, and dual-sided cleaning cloths. The temperature-sensitive sponges are used for the gentle scrubbing of cups and glassware; the scouring pads are employed for the heavy-duty degreasing of stovetops and baking trays; and the dual-sided cleaning cloths are utilized for daily countertop wiping. Together, these three products form a complete kitchen cleaning matrix, enabling the client to maintain rigorous hygiene standards while simultaneously reducing the average monthly expenditure on cleaning consumables per store location.
